Notice on Proposed Amendment to the Party Constitution

Pursuant to the provisions of the Political Parties Act, CAP 7D, and Article 21 of the
Constitution of Democracy for The Citizens Party, notice is hereby given that the
National Executive Committee has resolved to amend the Party Constitution, Symbol
and Slogan.

A copy of the proposed amendments is available for review at:
– The official website of www.dcpkenya.com
– The party’s headquarters at Riara Centre, Riara Road during working hours.

Members are invited to submit their views, objections, or recommendations in writing
to dcpparty254@gmail.com or physically at the party offices in 14 days from today.
